High molecular weight hyaluronic acid: does not penetrate the skin, but forms a protective film that increases its defenses, moisturizes and delicately smoothes the skin's surface

Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid: has a high moisture-binding capacity, creates deposits, activates the skin's own hyaluronic acid and collagen production and increases skin volume as well as elasticity and resilience

It is obtained from the leaves of the aloe plant and is rich in biostimulants, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. With its moisturizing, soothing and revitalizing effect, it soothes irritations such as inflammation and helps regenerate damaged skin.

Factor of the vitamin B group, which promotes the regeneration of damaged skin and at the same time moisturizes and binds moisture. Frequently used in care products for irritated, inflamed skin, especially in sun protection and after sun products. By stimulating >keratin formation, it is also an excellent hair and nail repair ingredient. 

Vitamin E (tocopherol) is the so-called "cell protection vitamin", which neutralises aggressive free radicals caused by UV rays, smoking and stress that destroy the cell membrane. It also has a pleasant circulatory effect, binds moisture in the skin and keeps it firm and supple (see also tocopherols).

This active ingredient improves the skin's water-binding capacity and increases the level of hydration. Hydrolite is also characterized by its antimicrobial properties, making it possible to reduce the concentration of preservatives used.

Biotin is probably the best-known "beauty vitamin" and is also known as vitamin H or B7.

Matrixyl peptide complex (Matrikine)

Time leaves its mark on the skin, resulting in fine lines and wrinkles. This is usually caused by a lack of collagen and changes in the general collagen structure. It's a good thing that research now knows how to efficiently counteract these factors that favour wrinkles! "Cell communication" is the big issue here.

Oyster shell extract is rich in silicic acid, amino acids, vitamin B and mineral salts. This makes it a high-quality care and moisturizing active ingredient that is ideal for protein and trace element care for the skin. Silicic acid also has tissue-strengthening properties.

Viscous, wonderfully fragrant extract from Orchis mascula (Orchidana MEP). Forms a protective film on the skin against external irritants and transepidermal water loss. Orchidana MEP is also a highly effective moisturising factor.

High-quality and nourishing lipid obtained by pressing or extracting mango seeds.

Avocado oil is a particularly skin-friendly oil component with a high content of vitamins A, D, E and F. Makes dry, flaky and chapped skin supple and soft again by having a hydrating (moisturizing) effect.

Moisturising plays an important role in facial and body care. If the natural hydrolipid film of the horny layer is damaged, the skin becomes dry, rough and brittle. The composition of this active ingredient is modelled on the skin's natural moisturising factor (= NMF factor). It contains eight amino acids in the same quantity distribution as in human skin, betaine and sodium PCA. The synergistic effect of the ingredients means that moisture can be retained very well.
